         Mary Ellen is an Associate Financial Planner/Investment Advisor Representative(IAR) of MetLife Securities, Inc.  She earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College.  Mary Ellen is also certified in long term care insurance (CLTC Master Class). She holds a BA from Wilkes University (Bucknell affiliate) and obtained an advanced degree (MBA) in business and finance from the University of Pittsburgh in their accelerated executive program. 

        Mary Ellen is a member of the Financial Planning Association, National Association of Life Underwriters, the NorthCentral PA and Susquehanna Valley Estate Planning Councils, Pennsylvania Leaders Round Table and the Million Dollar Round Table.  She works hard to keep current on financial issues, products and trends for the benefit of her clients.  As a former PA certified teacher and mother of two college educated sons, she is very aware of the costs of raising and educating a family today.  Mary Ellen thrives on challenges and is committed to taking the extra steps that make the difference between "good" and "GREAT" service for her clients.
